HIAG increases half-year profit significantly to CHF 85m thanks to revaluations and project gains

HIAG reports a net profit of CHF 85m for H1 2026 (+90%) and a profit excluding revaluations of around CHF 37m (+80%), supported by revaluation gains of CHF 53.4m, income from project developments and strong rental performance. Operating income and EBIT more than doubled and rose by 93% respectively, vacancy rate fell to a record low of 2.8% and portfolio value increased to around CHF 2.1bn.
