Horizon Oil reports record production and cash flow, shares fall despite strong metrics

Horizon Oil reached record levels in fiscal 2026 for production (2.15 million barrels of oil equivalent, +33%), sales and operating cash flow (USD 47.2m), as well as free cash flow of USD 36.6m. Adjusted revenue was USD 107.2m and EBITDAX USD 56.4m; net debt stood at USD 11.3m with cash and equivalents of USD 37.4m. Acquisitions in Thailand and of Cue significantly increased 2P reserves and 2C resources, and the company plans extensive drilling and compression programs, but gives no profit guidance for 2027.
