Hypoport: Warburg reiterates €134 price target twice — stock falls around 5 percent

Warburg Research twice reaffirmed its “buy” rating for Hypoport on the same trading day with a €134 price target, without any new operational impetus. The stock slid to about €82.00, losing roughly 5.3%, despite consensus and valuation models pointing to significantly higher targets (avg. €156.75; fair value €139.17). Weighing on the share are initial losses at subsidiary Dr. Klein Wowi Digital and slow adoption of Europace One; a noticeable refinancing upswing is not expected before 2027. Hypoport decides on share buyback of up to €10 million

Hypoport plans to repurchase its own shares for up to €10 million, based on a shareholders’ meeting resolution from June 2026. The programme is capped at a maximum of 400,000 shares (at a price of €83.35, 120,000 shares correspond to the stated amount) and is intended primarily to service employee participation programmes and to allot shares to staff and executives. Hypoport is launching a share buyback program of up to 10 million euros, based on a resolution of the annual general meeting from June 2026. The program is limited to a maximum of 400,000 shares and is scheduled to start in August 2026 and run until October 30, 2026.
