ICFG has received a waiver from a lender for triggered cross-default clauses arising from covenant breaches at subsidiary InvesCore NBFI JSC. The waiver covers outstanding liabilities of around USD 23.3 million as of 30 June 2026 (compared with USD 9.6 million as of 31 December 2025) and is effective until 31 August 2027, including future drawdowns under the existing loan agreement. Affected loans represented about 13.3% of the lender's affected exposure as of 31 December 2025. The wholly Mongolian holding SIBJ Capital LLC, owned 100% by ICFG, reported a net operating result for the fiscal year to 31.12.2025 up 22% to 201.6 billion MNT and a net profit of 95.8 billion MNT (+12%). SIBJ consolidates real estate, capital markets, insurance and technology platforms; the real estate division shifted revenues from one‑off sales to recurring management income. The capital markets division saw OTC trading volume rise 87% and supported issuances totaling over 144.6 billion MNT.
