Deutsche Bahn attracts strong candidate interest for successor to Richard Lutz after favorite withdraws

The search for a successor to outgoing Deutsche Bahn CEO Richard Lutz is drawing numerous high-profile managers, including contacts at IDS (Royal Mail), former DHL board member Tim Scharwath and Michael Peter from Siemens. Internally Evelyn Palla had been seen as the favorite, but she is said to have declined to apply.
