Growth in Italy lifts Iliad's core profit

Iliad increased its EBITDAaL to €2 billion in the first half of 2026. Consolidated revenue grew 3% to €5.24 billion, driven by a 10.2% rise in Italy to €665 million; France and Poland reported revenue increases of 1.5% and 3.5%, respectively. Iliad records sharp rise in free cash flow after end of investment cycle

Iliad forecast a record 23.2% growth in operating free cash flow for 2025 to €2.3bn and an increase in equity free cash flow to €1.4bn. Service revenues rose 3.3% to €9.5bn, EBITDAaL grew 5% to €4.0bn with a margin of 39%. Capital expenditures normalized at €1.8bn, leverage fell to 2.3x EBITDAaL, and management sees room for selective M&A activity. Iliad grows more than European telecom competitors in 2025

Iliad increased revenue in 2025 by 3.1% to €10.35 billion and EBITDA by 5% to €4.04 billion, with the EBITDA margin improving to 39.1%. The company added over 1.5 million net subscribers, reduced CapEx by 11.5% and lowered net debt to €9.4 billion (2.3x EBITDA). Operating free cash flow rose by 23%, and equity free cash flow increased by more than €1 billion.
