Impax Asset Management: AUM falls 30% after net outflows

For the year ended 30 September, Impax reported assets under management declined to £26.1bn (prior year £37.2bn) following net outflows of £13.0bn. Revenue fell 16.6% to £141.9m, adjusted operating profit dropped 36.2% to £33.6m and adjusted diluted EPS declined 33.9% to 21.3p.
