Innate Pharma plans TELLOMAK‑3 phase‑3 study with Lacutamab and appoints new CMO

Innate Pharma announces the planned confirmatory phase‑3 TELLOMAK‑3 study of Lacutamab in cutaneous T‑cell lymphoma; the start is conditional on completion of the partnership with Sobi. The open‑label, multicenter, randomized trial in patients with Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides has progression‑free survival as its primary endpoint and is intended to support an accelerated approval filing. Markus Jensen will become chief medical officer on 1 September 2026, replacing Sonia Quaratino. Innate Pharma and Sobi agree on a strategic partnership to further develop Lacutamab for cutaneous T‑cell lymphomas; Innate Pharma will run the phase‑3 TELLOMAK‑3 study to support a planned application for accelerated approval for Sézary syndrome. Sobi would receive exclusive global commercialization rights after a possible accelerated approval and may assume full global development rights after positive phase‑3 results. Innate Pharma completes recruitment for phase-1 dose escalation of IPH4502

Innate Pharma has completed patient recruitment for the dose-escalation part of the phase‑1 study of IPH4502 and enrolled 76 patients in France and the US with Nectin‑4–positive solid tumors. The company reports a favorable safety profile with limited hematologic toxicity and observed objective response rates in pretreated patients, including urothelial carcinoma, NSCLC and head-and-neck squamous cell carcinomas.
