INNOVATE increased revenue in Q2 2026 by 74.2% to USD 421.6m and returned to profit with a net income of USD 10.4m (USD 0.71 per share). The driver was the infrastructure segment DBM Global, which reported a record quarter with USD 414.0m in revenue, adjusted EBITDA of USD 48.7m and an order backlog of USD 2.7bn.
