IntegraFin Holdings reported a 7% rise in adjusted pre-tax profit for fiscal 2025 to £75.4m, beating consensus estimates; earnings per share rose to 17.4p and the dividend was increased by 9% to 11.3p. Assets under administration grew 16% to £74.2bn, net inflows rose 76% to £4.4bn, and revenue increased 8% to £156.8m. The company has completed a cost review, plans operational streamlining and supplier optimisation, and is targeting margin expansion. IntegraFin recorded record gross inflows of £10.1bn in fiscal year 2025, including £2.5bn in the fourth quarter. Assets under administration rose to £74.2bn, supported by positive market movements of £3.6bn in the quarter. Net inflows were £4.4bn for the year versus £2.5bn a year earlier. IntegraFin will with effect from 8 September relocate its registered office from Clement’s Lane to the 4th floor of 2 Gresham Street in London. The new office, with a BREEAM rating of "Excellent", is intended to provide the 500-strong London team with a more modern, collaborative working environment and to support the group’s environmental strategy.
