Intercontinental Exchange beat fourth-quarter revenue and EPS expectations as net revenue rose 8% year-over-year to $2.5 billion, driven by a 10% increase in Exchanges revenue and 11% recurring growth in that segment. Fixed Income & Data and Mortgage Technology each grew about 5%, with Black Knight synergies reaching $100 million and expense synergies above targets. Intercontinental Exchange has launched seven new U.S. dollar‑settled futures on CoinDesk indexes, including contracts on the CoinDesk 20 and CoinDesk 5 as well as single‑asset indexes for Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, XRP and BNB. The CoinDesk 20 tracks digital assets by market capitalization and, the company says, covers more than 90% of the market; more than $40 billion in assets under management are tied to CoinDesk indexes.
