Jarvis Securities has halted the sale process for its subsidiary Jarvis Investment Management Limited due to a lack of offers. After initial expressions of interest, the winding up of JIML was continued; the board no longer expects to realise further value from the holding. Jarvis Securities is moving its fiscal year-end to June 30 to better reflect the impact of the planned sale of its retail execution-only brokerage business to Interactive Investor Services Limited. The transaction is still subject to conditions, and failure to meet them could have negative financial consequences for Jarvis.
