Jumbo Interactive posts record EBITDA, shares fall after cautious outlook

Jumbo Interactive reported a record EBITDA of AUD 76.5m for fiscal 2026 (adjusted AUD 85.2m) on revenue growth of 33% and announced a fully franked dividend of AUD 0.27 per share. Despite strong metrics, the share price fell sharply after management labelled 2027 an investment year and flagged potential margin pressure in parts of the business and continued dependence on the Australian jackpot environment. TTV rose 13% to AUD 289m; free cash flow and cash conversion remained robust, but higher spending on staff, platform migration and marketing is likely to dampen operating leverage in the near term.
