Kandi Technologies’ subsidiary Kandi Electric Vehicles (Hainan) has signed an exclusive five-year strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Greentown Community Business Group to introduce low-speed electric sightseeing vehicles and related dispatch, safety and tracking systems in residential communities. Kandi will supply vehicles and intelligent operations and service solutions, while Greentown will provide property-management and community-management expertise; the goal is an integrated product, operations and service model for intra-community local transport.
