Kelt Exploration presents growth, cash‑flow and exit strategy focused on Montney

At the EnerCom Denver conference, Kelt Exploration outlined a strategy based on steady production growth, strong cash generation and the possible divestiture of assets. Production exceeded 50,000 BOE/day in Q2/2026 and is targeted at 56,000 BOE/day in 2027 and 80,000–85,000 BOE/day by 2030; the 2026 capital budget is CAD 375 million, with about 75% allocated to drilling and completions. Kelt reports proved and probable reserves of CAD 3.3 billion, a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 0.4x and high insider ownership (notably CEO David Wilson with ~14%), and is planning potential sales of individual business units or the entire company to realize value.
