Kontron receives €126 million from congatec and appoints Martin Rausch as CTO

Kontron reported a payment of €126 million from its business partner congatec, which strengthens its cash base and is intended to create room for further growth and targeted strategic acquisitions. Kontron aims to double profit by 2030 and boost revenue to €2.6bn

Kontron is targeting a group net profit of €220 million by 2030, compared with an expected €110 million this year, and confirms the mid‑term revenue target of €2.6 billion. For 2026 the expected revenue remains €1.6 billion.
