Labcorp confirms its 2026 revenue guidance of $14.71–14.83 billion and expects adjusted earnings per share of $18.10–18.55 as well as free cash flow of $1.24–1.36 billion. Through 2029 the company is targeting average annual revenue growth of 5–8% and adjusted EPS growth of 8.5–11.5%, along with an increase in adjusted operating margin of 75–150 basis points. For 2026 Labcorp expects $11.45–11.53 billion in Diagnostics Laboratories and $3.27–3.30 billion in Biopharma Laboratory Services. Labcorp acquires MLM Medical Labs, expands global central-lab network

Labcorp announced the acquisition of MLM Medical Labs; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal makes Labcorp the only provider with its own central-lab network on four continents and strengthens its presence in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. MLM operates, among other facilities, Africa’s first fully CAP‑accredited central laboratory and complements Labcorp’s capacities for biomarker and specialty testing as well as multinational clinical trials.
