Leonteq shareholders approved a buyback submitted by major shareholder Rainer‑Marc Frey: up to 5 million registered shares with a maximum acquisition value of CHF 100 million (autumn 2026 to end of June 2028). Andreas Casutt was elected chairman of the board with around 83% of the votes; he is considered not independent due to his connection to Horizon21.
