Lifestyle Communities reported that operating cash flow swung from an outflow of 7.1 million AUD to an inflow of 94.9 million AUD in FY26 and reduced net debt from 460.5 million AUD to 273.7 million AUD. Statutory profit after tax was 46.9 million AUD, while underlying operating profit fell to 25.4 million AUD; net new-build sales rose 55.4% to 216 units. The company highlighted a strengthened balance sheet, higher customer satisfaction and continued inventory reduction, but warned of a further subdued property market in Victoria and uncertainty from the VCAT decision.
