Lixiang Education is changing its ADS ratio from one ADS representing 100 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 1,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to a 1-for-10 reverse split. The change takes effect on April 20, 2026; every ten existing ADSs will be exchanged for one new ADS, fractional ADSs will be sold and the net proceeds paid out. The measure affects only the ADS structure and has no impact on the underlying ordinary shares; the ADSs will remain listed on Nasdaq under the ticker LXEH.
