Loomis has agreed to acquire Transportadora del Interior S.A., a provider of valuables transport and cash-management services operating in Santa Fe and Córdoba. The purchase price corresponds to an enterprise value of 27.5 billion ARS (about 180 million SEK) on a debt- and cash-free basis; closing is expected in Q3 2026. With three new branches Loomis expands its Argentine presence and will be represented in Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Rosario after the deal.
