Luceco appoints Dr. Thorsten Müller as CEO effective 1 September

Luceco raises guidance for 2027 and 2028 after strong first half

Luceco reports organic, constant-currency revenue growth of 13% to £143m for H1 2026, accelerating from 11% in Q1 to 15% in Q2. The Energy Transition segment grew 120% and core revenue rose 6%. EBITA increased 14% to around £15.8m, with a margin of 11.1%. Net debt before IFRS 16 was £69.6m (net debt/EBITDA 1.5x). Luceco reports 11.9% revenue growth for 2025, driven by an 84.7% increase in sales of chargers for electric vehicles. Adjusted earnings per share rose 20%, net income was £20.30m, operating profit £31.60m and profit before tax £24.70m.
