Dr. Stephan Zoll will step down as chair of Marley Spoon’s supervisory board after the 2026 annual general meeting but will remain a regular member of the body. Dr. Ralph Kudla, currently a supervisory board member and chair of the audit committee, is planned as his successor; the timing of the transition will be set by the supervisory board.
