Matinas BioPharma: CEO Jerome Jabbour named interim CFO
The board of directors of Matinas BioPharma appointed Jerome D. Jabbour, effective immediately, as interim chief financial officer in addition to his roles as chairman, president and CEO. The appointment follows the resignation of Keith Kucinski, who stepped down effective January 17, 2026, and will remain in place until a successor is named or another decision is made. The company stated that Jabbour’s compensation and employment terms remain unchanged, that there are no special arrangements or familial relationships, and that it has adjusted its change‑of‑control retention bonus rules through June 30, 2026. » Altro su de.investing.com
