MedLife boosts revenue and EBITDA significantly, currency loss weighs on pro‑forma net result

For H1 2026 MedLife reported a pro‑forma revenue increase of 11% to RON 1.7 billion and a pro‑forma EBITDA of RON 259 million (+14.5%) with a margin of 16.4%. An unrealised currency loss of RON 56 million from the leu’s depreciation led to a pro‑forma net loss of RON 20 million. Management confirmed the full‑year targets (pro‑forma EBITDA target RON 512 million) and does not plan to raise prices, instead relying on volume growth, investments and smaller acquisitions.
