Megaport has agreed to acquire compute-as-a-service provider Latitude.sh to link connectivity services with on-demand compute across more than 1,000 data centres in 26 countries. Latitude.sh provides CPUs and GPUs in 20 markets, operates over 7,700 servers including NVIDIA AI clusters, and serves more than 1,150 customers. The integration is intended to enable customers to deploy and network compute resources quickly worldwide; the deal is expected to close by no later than 31 December 2025.
