Michelmersh Brick boosts margins and adjusted EBITDA despite revenue decline

Michelmersh Brick reported a 9.5% revenue decline to £32.4m for H1 2026, but widened gross margin by 340 basis points and adjusted EBITDA margin by 200 basis points. Own brick shipments fell by just 2%, adjusted undiluted earnings per share were 3.33p, and the interim dividend was maintained at 1.6p. Net debt at 30 June was £5m (0.4x adjusted EBITDA) with strong liquidity. Shareholders of Michelmersh Brick Holdings approve all resolutions at general meeting

At the Michelmersh Brick Holdings general meeting, all 14 resolutions were voted on individually and approved with approval rates above 96%. The annual accounts and reports for the year ended 31 December 2025 received 99.98% approval, and the final dividend of 3.00 pence per ordinary share received 99.99%.
