Microlise: revenue fell 10% in first half due to weak hardware business

The Microlise Group reported a 10% revenue decline to £39.5m for the first half, driven by weaker OEM and hardware sales as well as component shortages and timing shifts of projects. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the direct‑to‑customer business rose 12% through renewals, expansion of existing customers and new customers. Adjusted EBITDA margin recovered to 13.2% (adjusted EBITDA £5.2m) and the company expects adjusted EBITDA of £10–11.1m for 2026. Microlise receives King’s Award for Enterprise 2026 for international trade

The Microlise Group, a provider of transport management software, has been awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise 2026 for outstanding achievement in international trade. The company serves more than 2,500 customers in Continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India, manages over 800,000 subscriptions and operates connected customer assets in 197 countries. Microlise increases revenue by 12.6% in first half of 2025

Microlise reports revenue for the six months to 30 June 2025 rose 12.6% to £44.1m; recurring revenue grew 11.1% to £29.5m. Adjusted EBIT increased 25.7% to £3.5m, adjusted EBITDA rose 18.8% to £6.2m, and profit before tax climbed 465% to £1.9m. Cash position improved to £11.2m, subscriptions to 884,000 and ARR to £58.7m; churn rate remained at 0.5%.
