Nanoform cuts cash burn, receives positive MHRA feedback and signs biologics exclusivity deal

Nanoform reduced cash burn to EUR 1.5m in Q2 (EUR 5m H1) and is targeting cash outflow below EUR 10m for 2026. Operating costs fell 33% in H1 and the gross margin is above 90%. Nanoform reported Q2 revenue of EUR 800,000 (+16% year-on-year), a gross margin of 84% and a gross profit of EUR 700,000. Adjusted loss per share narrowed and the EBITDA loss fell to EUR 3m, supported by 36% lower operating costs following layoffs and short-time work.
