Nativo Resources has invited shareholders to the annual general meeting on 29 June 2026 and asks for approval of two resolutions to issue shares and subscription or conversion rights up to a total nominal amount of £2,258,282.19. A follow-up proposal would allow these shares to be issued for cash while excluding subscription rights up to the same amount; both authorizations would be valid until 29 June 2028 or the 2028 annual general meeting. Nativo Resources has completed underground sampling at the Bonanza gold mine and sent 117 samples to SGS del Peru S.A.C. for analysis; results are expected in about three weeks. The mining contractor Constructora e Inversiones Andina Kuboc C&P SAC has been mobilized and has begun widening shafts and drifts and installing shaft equipment.
