NatWest: Q3 2025 revenues rise sharply, full-year guidance raised

NatWest reported Q3 2025 revenues excluding one-offs of £4.17bn (up 3.9% quarter-on-quarter) and a RoTE of 22.3% versus 17.7% in the prior quarter; RoTE for the first nine months was 19.5%. Attributable profit increased to £1.60bn, earnings per share for nine months rose 32.4% to 51p, and TNAV climbed to 362p. The bank raised its full-year revenue guidance to around £16.3bn and set targets of RoTE >18% and group operating costs of around £8.1bn; the CET1 ratio is 14.2%.
