Neinor Homes has formed a €150m joint venture with Stoneshield Capital to develop a premium residential project in Marbella. More than 60,000 m² will yield 262 housing units, including a 1,200 m² Private Members Club with wellness and sports facilities. Stoneshield will hold 70% and Neinor 30%, with Neinor acting as delegated project developer; expected revenues exceed €600m over the next five years. Neinor Homes has completed the takeover of AEDAS and increased its stake to 96.83% through a mandatory offer. Previously, Neinor had already acquired 79.20% in a voluntary offer and formally took control of the board in February. Neinor Homes closed fiscal year 2025 with a net profit of €122m, following the completion of the largest merger in Spain’s residential real estate sector in the past decade (acquisition of 79.2% of AEDAS). The group recorded total revenue of €697m and notarized 2,901 housing units, of which its own portfolio accounted for 1,891 units and the asset-management business for 1,010 units.
