NEO Battery Materials has signed a letter of intent to lease a ready-to-operate battery production facility in South Korea and plans to integrate its silicon-enhanced materials NBMSiDE into electrode production lines there to manufacture custom batteries for drones, robotics and automotive applications. At the same time, the company announced a non-brokered private placement of up to approximately 7.8 million units at CAD 0.51 per unit (maximum CAD 4 million); each unit includes a warrant exercisable at CAD 0.80 within 36 months.
