The agreement with NexPoint Real Estate Finance Operating Partnership became effective March 30, 2026; the note matures January 16, 2031 and bears interest at 14% p.a., payable in kind (PIK). Currently $22.7 million of the facility is outstanding; NREF bears any draws not funded by the participants.
