K Wave Media meets NASDAQ minimum price and plans rebranding to Nexus Advanced Technologies

K Wave Media has met the NASDAQ requirement after its common shares closed at a price of at least $1.00 for ten consecutive trading days (Aug. 4–17), satisfying Rule 5550(a)(2) and closing the matter. The company announced it expects to complete the rebranding to Nexus Advanced Technologies and begin trading under the new ticker NXAT by the end of next week.
