Das Segment Rohöllogistik kauft Rohöl von Produzenten und Vermarktern und transportiert es zu Raffinerien, um es an Pipeline-Einspeisestationen, Lagerterminals, Binnenschiffsverladestationen, Bahnanlagen, Raffinerien und anderen Handelsknotenpunkten weiterzuverkaufen. Das Segment Liquids Logistics liefert über seine 24 Terminals, Lager- und Terminalanlagen von Drittanbietern und neun Common-Carrier-Pipelines sowie über eine Flotte von geleasten Eisenbahnwaggons flüssiges Erdgas, raffinierte Erdölprodukte und Biodiesel an gewerbliche, private und industrielle Kunden in den Vereinigten Staaten und Kanada. Dieses Segment ist auch an der Ausfuhr von Butan auf dem Seeweg über seine Anlage in Chesapeake, Virginia, beteiligt. NGL Energy Holdings LLC fungiert als Komplementär des Unternehmens. Das Unternehmen wurde 1940 gegründet und hat seinen Hauptsitz in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
