Ninety One has expanded its share buyback programme and will now also purchase shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, subject to approval by the South African Reserve Bank. The maximum buyback amount remains £55 million; in total up to 66,868,303 ordinary shares (10% of issued share capital as of 29 May 2026) may be repurchased. J.P. Morgan Securities will continue to execute purchases on the LSE, while J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa will buy as principal via the JSE order book; the acquired shares will then be taken over and cancelled by the company.
