Nobia sells UK business to Alteri Partners and records SEK 750m impairment

Nobia has agreed to sell its UK operations to funds managed by Alteri Partners to focus on its Nordic core markets. The company is taking a preliminary, non-cash impairment of around SEK 750m; the fourth quarter will include special items of about SEK 100m.
