The insolvency administrator of Noratis has decided to terminate the inclusion of the share in the Scale segment of the open market; the letter was forwarded to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With the expiry of the three-month period, the Scale listing will end no later than 26 August 2026. Noratis is conducting in-depth negotiations based on a term sheet with a North American credit fund on refinancing its existing portfolio of around €227m. The closing is subject to court confirmation of the plan and customary closing conditions; completion is targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
