NORMA Group starts another public share buyback offer

NORMA Group is offering up to around 9.3 million of its own shares at €22.35 per share, corresponding to a volume of about €208 million. The acceptance period runs from 17 August to 15 September. The buyback is intended to share the cash inflow from the sale of the water management business to Advanced Drainage Systems with shareholders; NORMA expects a net cash inflow of €620–640 million after taxes and costs.
