Organogenesis misses Q2 forecasts significantly, stock falls after-hours
Organogenesis reported an adjusted loss of $0.77 per share for Q2 on revenue of $42.8 million, materially missing consensus estimates; the stock plunged 18.67% in after-hours trading to $1.96. Revenue fell 58% year‑over‑year due to CMS reimbursement changes but rose 18% sequentially and wound care sales volume increased 30%. The company cut its 2026 revenue guidance to $179–215 million, delayed the Dermagraft launch by about one year, and announced restructurings expected to save more than $32 million. Management expects sequential recovery in the second half of the year and positive adjusted EBITDA in Q4 2026, but sees ongoing near-term pressure from reimbursement risks. » Altro su de.investing.com
