Net debt stands at PLN 4.5 billion, or 0.1x EBITDA, and management proposes a record dividend of PLN 8 per share. Investment plans for 2026 remain around PLN 36 billion; the third quarter is likely to be burdened by further turnarounds, while refinery and power margins are expected to be supportive.
