Panoro Energy reports strong half-year figures, stock falls about 4% premarket

Panoro Energy reported pro-forma revenue of $130m and pro-forma EBITDA of $68m for H1 2026; pro-forma production including CI-27 is over 20,000 boe/day. The company announced a quarterly distribution of NOK 50m and kept its CapEx guidance for 2026 unchanged ($55m core CapEx; $72m pro-forma including Block G). Despite positive operational progress and acquisitions, the stock fell 4.06% premarket to $28.35, as investors appeared cautious due to the lack of comparable quarterly EPS/revenue figures.
