Perenti reports record EBITDA for FY 2026, shares barely moved

Perenti posted a record EBITDA of AUD 340 million (+2%) for fiscal year 2026 on largely flat revenue of AUD 3.46 billion. Adjusted NPATA rose 8% to AUD 192 million, free cash flow was AUD 181.6 million and net debt fell to AUD 271 million (gearing 0.4). Perenti reported a record EBITA of $160m for H1 FY2026 on steady revenues of $1.73bn. Adjusted net profit rose 12% to $92m, the interim dividend was increased by 8% and gearing was reduced to 0.6x.
