PolyPeptide appoints new directors and removes transfer and voting restrictions

At the extraordinary general meeting, shareholders approved all proposals from the board and elected John Chongbo Rim, Seungho Ryu, Cheol Woo Ryu, Mihyun Yang and Joonkyung Seong to the board of directors; John Chongbo Rim will serve as president. Transfer and voting restrictions were also removed from the articles of association. The resolutions take effect in connection with the public tender offer by Samsung Peptide; Samsung Biologics currently holds 87.92 percent, but the completion of the takeover has been postponed to the end of 2026 or the first quarter of 2027 due to regulatory uncertainties. » Altro su finanzen.net
