RadNet reported adjusted EPS of $0.29 for Q2 2026 on revenue of $622.7m, both well above consensus estimates, and posted an adjusted EBITDA quarterly record of $99.7m. RadNet has amended its existing credit agreement and taken on an additional $250 million loan, which is being combined with the existing facility (totaling $1.2087 billion) and matures on April 18, 2031.
