Red Hat has released the Digital Sovereignty Readiness Assessment Tool, which lets companies evaluate their control over data, software stacks, operations and auditability. The online tool divides sovereignty into four maturity levels and provides a roadmap with concrete steps for improvement as well as critical review questions for responsible parties.
