The company reports AUD 1.1 billion in cash and gold holdings, 7 million ounces of reserves and just under 14 million ounces of resources. Short-term risks remain: outstanding government approvals for the M5 underground development and limited access to explosives could pressure production and timelines. Resolute Mining has withdrawn a scoping study for the ABC project in Côte d’Ivoire that was published on 13 May 2026, after the ASX noted that the production targets and financial forecasts were based solely on inferred resources and therefore did not meet disclosure requirements under rule 5.16.6. The company applied for a voluntary trading halt to clarify disclosure requirements with the ASX and warned investors not to use the withdrawn announcement as the basis for investment decisions. Resolute Mining: positive scoping study for ABC gold project in Côte d’Ivoire

Resolute Mining publishes a positive scoping study for the ABC project based on a 2021 mineral resource estimate of 2.16 million ounces. The study envisages a 12‑year open‑pit operation with an average of 141,000 oz/year (LOM 1.7 million oz) at AISC of USD 1,614/oz and a processing capacity of 7.0 Mt/year. Initial capital expenditure is estimated at USD 648 million (±30%); at a gold price of USD 3,500/oz the after‑tax NPV is USD 1.2 billion (5% discount) with an IRR of 39% (payback 1.4 years).
