Romande Energie reports adjusted EBITDA of CHF 152 million for 2025 (+25%) and a net profit of CHF 80 million (+208%), supported by margin improvements, efficiency measures and a contribution from Alpiq. The company reorganized into four business divisions, increased capex to CHF 191 million for grid modernization and renewable infrastructure, and proposes a dividend of CHF 1.44 per share. Adjusted EBITDA rose 60% to CHF 152 million and net profit reached CHF 80 million, supported by contributions from Alpiq. Romande Energie reported an adjusted EBITDA of CHF 152 million for 2025 (+60%), a net profit of CHF 80 million and proposes a dividend of CHF 1.44. The company is reorganising into the areas Energy, Markets, Grids and Real Estate and aims to manage 5 TWh of renewable electricity per year by 2040 as well as achieve large-scale decarbonisation and digitalisation targets.
