Rubean: M2 Venture buys 2,000 shares, BaFin reports managers' transaction

BaFin reported a managers' transaction by Rubean, executed on 06.07.2026. In M2 Venture’s portfolio, an executive purchased 2,000 Rubean shares on 03.07.2026 at €4.64 each. On the day of the purchase the stock rose intraday to €4.50 (+7.10%), but fell to €4.24 (−2.80%) at publication. Rubean appoints Stephan Kück as co-CEO and CCO

The supervisory board of Rubean has appointed Stephan Kück as co-CEO and chief commercial officer; his term begins on July 1, 2026 and runs for four years. Kück will jointly lead the company with Jochen Pielage and will be responsible for sales and marketing.
